Castanzu/Vermentin/Sardegna, Italy

Citrus-fresh, characterful Sardinian white from the local Vermentino grape. Flavours are initially light and build to a textural honeyed feel with hints of lemon marmalade on the finish. Delicious with seafood.

Cortefresca/Pinot Grigio/Veneto, Italy

An elegant, soft and dry wine with excellent flinty minerality.

Ochagavia/Sauvignon Blanc/Macul, Santiago, Chile

One of the best Sauvignon Blancs coming out of Chile at the moment, Gooseberry on the nose, apple and pear on the finish.

Casa de Vila Nova/Vinho Verde/Vinho Verde, Portugal

Recently voted the best Vinho Verde in Portugal! Floral, citrus aromas lead into a bright, citrus acidity and a lingering finish.

Adobe Reserva Organic/Chardonnay/Casablanca Valley, Chile

The aroma is a mixture of citric fruit such as grapefruit blended with juicy tropical fruit notes with a soft touch of hazelnut. The palate has sweet characteristics of mango, pineapple and passion fruit with a finishing lick of acidity.

The Cloud Factory/Sauvignon Blanc/Marlborough, New Zealand

Classically bright and vibrant Marlborough Sauvignon. Perfumed with nettle and ripe tropical fruits which are also evident on the palate along with limey flavours and a rich minerality. Fresh, clean and delicious.

Monchiero Carbone/ Gavi Di Gavi DOCG/Piedmont, Italy

An Italian grape known for its quality. A nose of honeysuckle, crisp and defined on
the palette with ripe pears initially with a rich finish.

Turckheim/Pinot Gris ‘Sables a Galets’/Alsace, France

Very expressive white with violets, hints of acacia honey, quince, smokiness, sweet
spices and crystallised ginger.



Red Wines

Barbera da Vine/Barbera/Piemonte, Italy

 A juicy red with aromas of raspberries, plums and cherries. On the palate, sour cherry and bramble fruit combine with soft tannins, savoury spiciness & refreshing acidity. Fantastic pasta wine.

E’Got Rubicone/Merlot, Sangiovese IGT/Emilia-Romagna, Italy

Smooth and deliciously ripe with flavours of prune, a touch of herbiness & pepper spice. The tannins are soft and supple and the finish is fresh – a characterful,good value red reflecting well the terroir of this domaine.

The Last Stand/Shiraz/Victoria, Australia

Bright, aromatic and juicy on the nose. This wine delivers plenty of body & flavour but remains dangerously gluggable due to its fine, bright fruit and soft, silky elegance. Great with roasted meats or vegetables and hard cheeses.

Silver Myn/Argentum/Banghoek, South Africa

A delicious Bordeaux blend from the cape. Merlot led, this wine is brim full of dark,
crunchy, curranty fruit. The palate finish is long, smooth and textural

El Viejo del Valle/Malbec/Valle Central, Chile

This is fragrant Malbec, with attractive notes of fresh red currant and plum fruits, capsicum and wild thyme. The palate has good weight with an abundance of red and black fruits, which are held in check by nice crunchy acidity and gentle tannins.

Les Pivionnes/Beaujolais/Maconnais, France

Exhuberant fruity red wine with juicy crushed strawberries, cherry characters and an
intriguing savoury twist and a mouth watering floral, morello cherry finish. 

Ontañón Rioja Reserva/Rioja/Rioja, Spain

Named after Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini in 1945, peach puree is combined with Prosecco.

Stoli and Bolly darling!(Well almost) Stolichnaya vodka and cranberry juice topped with Prosecco.

Old Cuban

Black Magic rum mixed with fresh lime, sugar syrup, muddled mint, Angostura bitters and a bit of Prosecco!

Kir Royal

Dated back to 1904 in Dijon, Crème de Cassis is topped with Prosecco

Bakewell Fizz

Mr Kipling’s favorite tipple (not fact checked..) Maraschino and amaretto are topped off with Prosecco sparkling wine.

Strawberry Daiquiri

 Named after the place it was invented. Ron Abuelo Rum, sugar syrup, lime juice and Crème de Fraise are blended with strawberries to make this long drink.


A Cuban favourite: Ron Cortez Rum, mint, sugar & fresh lime wedges are served with crushed ice, topped with Soda. 

Bloody Mary

A modern variant of the 1930s recipe: Arbikie Chilli Vodka and Cynar Artichoke Liqueur are mixed together with tomato juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, lemon Juice, celery salt and cracked black pepper. A perfect Sunday brunch accompaniment! 


Popular in the City: Citron Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and some lime squeezes are shaken together and served in a chilled glass. Topped with a flamed orange zest. 

Espresso Martini

The cocktail connoisseur’s way of combining vodka and caffeine, Stolichnaya Vanilla Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, sugar syrup and an espresso shot are shaken and strained.

Amaretto Sour

First mentioned by Jerry Thomas in the 1862 book ‘How to Mix Drinks’: Lemon juice, sugar and dashes of Angostura Bitters are combined with egg white & Amaretto.

Mai Tai (Trader Vic's)

Mai Tai-Roa Ae! Goslings Black Seal Rum, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, sugar and Orgeat Syrup shaken and served on the rocks.

Thyme for Tequila

The name says it all. Gold Tequila, Soho Cucumber, Mint, Lemon and Lime Juice with a homemade thyme syrup.  

The Stampede

Take a ride to Kentucky, USA with this fresh mix of Bourbon and juice. Buffalo Trace, Soho Blood Orange, Raspberry and Ginger juice and lime. 

The Angry Mango

Classic rum and ginger with an added spicy kick! Chilli Infused Mount Gay, William Fox Mango Syrup with Fevertree Ginger Ale.
