Domaine Mas Bahourat/Merlot/Gard, France

Smooth and deliciously ripe with flavours of prune, a touch of herbiness & pepper spice. The tannins are soft and supple and the finish is fresh – a characterful,good value red reflecting well the terroir of this domaine.

The Last Stand/Shiraz/Victoria, Australia

Bright, aromatic and juicy on the nose. This wine delivers plenty of body & flavour but remains dangerously gluggable due to its fine, bright fruit and soft, silky elegance. Great with roasted meats or vegetables and hard cheeses.

El Viejo del Valle/Malbec/Valle Central, Chile

This is fragrant Malbec, with attractive notes of fresh red currant and plum fruits, capsicum and wild thyme. The palate has good weight with an abundance of red and black fruits, which are held in check by nice crunchy acidity and gentle tannins.

Dated back to 1904 in Dijon, Crème de Cassis is topped with Prosecco

Bakewell Fizz

Mr Kipling’s favorite tipple (not fact checked..) Maraschino and amaretto are topped off with Prosecco sparkling wine.

The Classic Collective…

Amaretto Sour

 First mentioned by Jerry Thomas in the 1862 book ‘How to Mix Drinks’, lemon juice, sugar and dashes of Angostura bitters are combined with egg white and amaretto. 

Bloody Mary

 A modern variant of the 1930s recipe – Arbikie Chilli vodka and Cynar artichoke liqueur are mixed together with tomato juice, Worcester sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice, celery salt and cracked black pepper. A perfect Sunday brunch accompaniment! 


 Originating from the Daisy cocktail in the 1930’s, Tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, lime juice and sugar are shaken together and served either straight up or on the rocks (Salt rim optional). 

Aviation (Hugo R. Ensslin's 1916 recipe)

First appearing in Recipes for Mixed Drinks, Silent Pool gin,Maraschino liqueur, Crème de Violette and fresh lemon juice are shaken with a drop of water

Brandy Crusta

 Served in a Champagne flute – Brandy is shaken with Maraschino, Grand Marnier, lemon, sugar and Angostura bitters.

Perfect summer drinks, great for drinking in our sun trap courtyard (hint hint…)

Strawberry Daiqiri

 Named after the place it was invented. Ron Abuelo Anejo rum, sugar syrup, lime juice and Crème de Fraise are blended with strawberries to make this long drink. 

French Martini

 Une classique continentale, Chambord and vanilla vodka are shaken with pineapple juice and strained into a chilled Martini glass. 


 A Cuban favourite. Ron Cortez rum, mint, sugar, fresh lime wedges are served with crushed ice, topped with soda. 

Apple and Elderflower Martini

 A light and easy drinking cocktail, vodka, elderflower liqueur and pressed apple juice are served straight up. 


 Popular in the City, citron vodka, Cointreau and cranberry juice with some lime squeezes are shaken together and served in a chilled glass. Topped with a flamed orange zest. 

Mai Tai

 Mai Tai-Roa Ae! Goslings Black Seal rum, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, sugar and orgeat syrup shaken and served on the rocks. 

Moscow Mule

 “The Vodka drink with a kick”, Stolichnaya vodka is served with fresh lime squeezes and topped with Bundaburg Ginger Beer. 

Pisco Sour

 Another take on the classic, Chilean Pisco, lemon juice, sugar and dashes of Angostura bitters are combined with egg white 


It’s a Gin Thing…

Making a most of the gin revolution, here are a few of our favourites

Singapore Sling

 Created at The Raffles Hotel in Singapore, gin, cherry brandy and Benedictine are shaken with Angostura bitters, pineapple juice and a few lemon squeezes, served in a tall glass over ice with a ginger ale top. 

Breakfast Martini

Arbikie AK, Cointreau, Antonia’s home-made lemon marmalade, fresh orangesqueezes & honey are shaken and topped with soda water. Can be drank at any time, not just for breakfast..

Basil Smash

 Gin Mare, basil leaves, fresh lemon juice and sugar served over ice.


 Considered a classic even though it was created in the 80’s! Fresh lemon juice and sugar are shaken with gin and topped with a drizzle of Crème de Mure over crushed ice.

French 75

 A bit of indulgence in our gin category, Slone’s, lemon juice and sugar syrup are topped with Prosecco. 

Apple & Elderflower Collins

 A very refreshing tipple, Warner Edwards Elderflower, Calvados, Fleur de Sureau and fresh lime are topped with soda water. 


 A dessert in a glass, Warner Edwards Rhubarb, milk, cream, egg white and grenadine. Think a posh Angel Delight! 


Coffee Time…

A great after dinner selection, though we wouldn’t judge you for having them any time of the day.

Espresso Martini

 The cocktail connoisseur’s way of combining vodka and caffeine, Chase Marmalade vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup and espresso coffee are shaken and strained. 

Dirty Banana

 A celebrity favourite – Ron Abuelo Anejo rum, coffee liqueur, Banane Du Bresil, fresh banana are blended together with milk and cream for a grown up milkshake! 

White Russian

 A 60’s classic that’s still tasty today. Vanilla vodka, coffee Liqueur, milk and cream are shaken and served over ice with a sprinkle of nutmeg. 

Flat White Martini

 A modern coffee cocktail – Baileys, vanilla vodka and espresso coffee are shaken and strained. 

Liqueur Coffee

 Your choice of liqueur, double espresso topped with a layer of double cream
